ABOUT ME...
I am a Husband and Father to three grown up children. I have a background in Boxing, Tennis, Athletics, Weightlifting and Yoga. I teach two weekly classes at Everyone Active Cheam Lesiure Centre (Friday & Sunday) and a Fitness & Well-being class (see below)
I teach one to one & small group sessions at my home studio as well as call outs.
(£30 for 1-2-1 & £40 for 2 - 4 people)

PRACTICE
Improving well-being is more than just a fitness decision, it’s a lifestyle commitment. My sessions provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but they’re also places to meet and share with other engaged and open-minded individuals. FITNESS & WELL-BEING CLASS
The class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. In my Fitness & Well-being class we will aim to coordinate breathing and physical movement. We will improve focus and concentration and help participants regain control of the body and mind.
